Pretty much any car classed vehicle will bring you the fun you need to drive. If you’re unsure if your ride is acceptable please contact Experience Performance before the event date. No SUV’s, Trucks (2nd gen Lightning’s are allowed), Mini Vans or Cross Over vehicles are permitted.
Helmets are required and you must provide your own. Sorry but at this time we are not renting helmets.
Passengers are permitted and they must wear a helmet as well.
Track hours of operation are 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM. All drivers must attend the drivers meeting held at 8:30 AM. No drivers are allowed on the track if not present at the drivers meeting. Even if you’ve been to our events in the past or an experience road course driver you must attend the drivers meeting… NO EXCEPTIONS.
Groups are broken down to 15 drivers each and consist of Novice, Intermediate and Advanced. You are your own best judgment of character and it’s up to you to place yourself in the appropriate group. Throughout the day as things progress you are allowed to move in between groups. For an example; you may start the day off in the novice group but after a while you might feel more comfortable with your driving skills and move to the Intermediate group.
Lunch
We provide a catered lunch served around 12:00 PM for all the drivers and guest. Lunch for the driver is included in his / her sign up registration. All guests must pay for lunch before the event date. Lunch per guest is $10.00. All guests who plan eating lunch must pay regardless of age. Lunch menu may differ from each event and is subject to change without notice. If you or your guest has special dietary needs please let us know before the event date. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Instructors
Our instructors have been hand selected by Experience Performance Inc. Our instructors have an extensive automotive background and are experienced road course drivers. Instructors are available to assist anyone who requires guidance throughout the day. Doesn’t matter if you’re in the Novice, Intermediate or Advanced group the instructors are available to assist you. For the novice we have knowledgeable instructors that will teach you about vehicle dynamics, coach you on the vocabulary / terminology used throughout the day, how to handle the expected and unexpected, and how to safely have fun out on
An instructor will ride along with you in your car and you will do the same in their car and you will work one on one with an instructor until you’re comfortable to venture off on your own.
Don’t be shy… instructors are more than happy to assist the intermediate and advanced driver as well.
Cost
So how much does all this fun cost? $185 will buy you entry for 1 vehicle in 1 run group if have over 38 participants If you want to split a car between 2 people and run alternating groups its $185. If you want to bring 1 car and run it in more than 1 run group with 2 or more drivers then you need to buy entry into each group. If we do not get to 40 participants the pricing schedule is as follows:
38-45 drivers - $185
30-37 drivers - $205
20-29 drivers - $225
Payment
Right now we only accept Paypal for pre-registration of an event. You do not need a PayPal account to pay via Credit Card, the option will show up on the PayPal link. Any balances for an event will be collected at the track and can be credit card, cash, or check/MO.
